Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, PTP Analyst!In this role you will have to analyse pricing trends, construct cost and review and reconcile billing files, ensuring accuracy in manual and automated charter invoicing processes.Responsibilities• T&E Process KnowledgeReview PO and Non-PO Invoice Posting.• Invoice Processing (PO and Non-PO Invoice Posting. Perform three-way match review, review invoice information. Troubleshoot, analyse, and process exceptions, AP Helpdesk)• Payment Run (Create, modify, and execute payment proposal. Post urgent payments, wire transfers, bank postings.)• Vendor Master Data Knowledge• Maintain operational KPIs/ SLAs• Create SOP during transition.• Ability to handle difficult interactions with customers via chat and calls.• Adherence to compliance policy.• Work under specific goals.• Proficiency in accounts payable skills.• Problem solving skills. Qualifications we seek in you!
