This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of policy, business strategy, and communication.What You’ll DoEnsure that Flower has a strong and credible voice in the policy discussions that shape the energy transition.You will identify and drive the political and regulatory topics that matter most for our growth, and help our leadership team engage effectively with key audiences.Map key stakeholders and make sure Flower has a seat at the table with top decision makers, regulators, and industry groups in each countryIdentify two to three policy themes in Swedish or EU politics that are most important for Flower’s growth and push them forwardRun integrated campaigns that combine lobbying, media, and industry engagement to influence those themesAdvise and support Flower’s leadership team on which messages to bring to each target audience and conferenceWho You AreHas solid experience in public affairs, preferably within energyHas a proven track record of influencing policy outcomes or experience working within the political sphereHas a strong network with policymakers, regulators, and industry peersCommunicates with clarity and confidence, both in writing and in personHas experience advising senior leaders and translating complex political issues into clear business implicationsThrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment and enjoys taking ownership from idea to resultIs motivated by the energy transition and wants to contribute to a more sustainable futureBrings curiosity, integrity, and persistence to every challenge📍 LocationOur beautiful office is located in the heart of Södermalm just a short walk from Slussen subway station.
