Our property features 324 elegantly appointed rooms, 13 versatile meeting spaces, Coco’s Kitchen and Bar, as well as in-room dining services.Job DescriptionDelivering a 5-Star Experience Every Step of the WayWe’re looking for a dedicated and reliable Public Area Attendant to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our property.What You’ll Be DoingEnsure all public and back-of-house areas are kept clean, tidy, and up to our high hygiene standards.Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, assisting with stocktakes when required.Use and store cleaning chemicals safely, following all health and safety guidelines.Support other departments with tasks such as room cleaning, laundry operations, and houseman duties.Respond to guest needs and assist team members to help deliver outstanding service.QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who are passionate about growth and development, and who are committed to making a meaningful impact within our team.
