Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, and mentors and supervises team members. Works closely with clients to define requirements and implement new capabilities. Applies comprehensive knowledge across key project tasks and high-impact assignments. Moves quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implements metrics to track progress, while working together with the team to make a tangible difference. Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience with planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projectsExperience with governance processes, control gates, and customer and stakeholder relations and engagement, including management techniques to direct the daily operations of a technology teamExperience with leading and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staffExperience with monitoring progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are metExperience with planning project stages and assessing business implications at each stageExperience with meeting project objectives on time and at high-quality standardsExperience managing programs using Palantir Foundry softwareAbility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirementsBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with Agile or Agile managementExperience with using Jira for task management and reportingExperience with Data Analytics and Visualization, and Data Governance toolsPossession of strong written and verbal communication skillsPublic TrustProject Management Professional (PMP), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified SAFe5.1 Agilest, or Certified Scrum Master CertificationVetting:Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.S. government client.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
