Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction, and mentors and supervises team members. Works closely with clients to define requirements and implement new capabilities. Applies comprehensive knowledge across key project tasks and high-impact assignments. Moves quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to support the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implements metrics to track progress, while working together with the team to make a tangible difference. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
