Public Policy Analyst

Analysts are responsible for producing the majority of client-related deliverables. Analysts work closely with all account support and account managers available to deliver all expected tasks efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities for Analyst§ Conducts background research and analysis to support on all client-related tasks.§ Supports in drafting of common deliverables such as: letters, policy briefs, meeting minutes and proposals.§ Monitors pertinent news and policy updates and prepares reports accordingly.§ Stakeholder mapping and assessment.§ Supports teams by providing research assistance on policies impacting clients. § Drafts reports on research findings and/or presents findings to clients when directed.§ Maintains proper documentation of all client-related tasks and documents.Prepares policy and macroeconomic briefs and disseminates information to stakeholders.Supports team in assessing the business impact of various policies on the business operations of the client. Engages with internal and external stakeholders to manage different issues and projects for the client.Supports in building engagement and lobbying strategies to achieve the client’s desired outcomes.Prepares policy and macroeconomic briefs and disseminates information to stakeholders.§ Other relevant tasks as needed.Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements for Analyst§ Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization required.§ Good knowledge of recent policy developments and regulatory updates.Excellent understanding of the relevant industry and market conditions.High organizational and time-management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent recordkeeping skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional team player.Excellent use of spoken and written Arabic and English.2-3 years of work experience.
