The Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, managing their accounts, and ensuring their needs are met. Day-to-day tasks include creating and implementing communication plans, coordinating public relations activities, and managing crisis situations. This is a hybrid role based in Khalándrion, with some work-from-home flexibility.Key ResponsibilitiesLead client strategy, planning, and quarterly reviews, with clear KPIs and budgetsBuild and maintain strong senior-level client relationshipsCraft press materials, op-eds, briefing documents, and executive messagingSecure targeted media coverage and manage media lists and relationshipsPlan and run press events, product launches, and speaking opportunitiesMonitor issues, prepare rapid response lines, and manage crisis workflowsTrack results, analyze coverage, and report insights with data-driven recommendationsCoordinate with creative, social, and paid teams for integrated campaignsQualifications2- 4 years of experience in a PR agencyCommunication, Team Management, and Client Relationship skillsExperience in Public Relations, Crisis Management, and Strategic PlanningStrong Writing, Editing, and Presentation skills in Greek & EnglishProject Management and Time Management abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
