Documentation & Record KeepingMaintain project-related documents, correspondence, and reports.Handle permits, licenses, and compliance paperwork.Office & Site ManagementManage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.Coordinate accommodation, transportation, and welfare for staff.Communication & CoordinationAct as a link between site teams, contractors, and management.Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and circulate notices.Vendor & Service ManagementLiaise with vendors for procurement of non-technical items.Ensure timely delivery of services like housekeeping, security, etc.Support for HR & IRAssist in onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination.Verify wage disbursement and working conditions.Investigate misconduct and enforce disciplinary procedures.Maintain harmony to avoid strikes or work stoppages.
