This role is designed for someone who is curious, resourceful, and eager to learn how PR works across global and local clients. You will work closely with the Country Head and Account teams on day-to-day operations, media relations, research, and content development.Candidates should be available to work full-time for the duration of the internship program.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting press releases, articles, briefing notes, and other PR materialsSupport in managing media lists, outreach, and follow-ups with journalistsMonitor daily news, identify relevant coverage opportunities, and compile media reportsHelp coordinate PR activities, including interviews, media hosting, events, and KOL engagementsManage administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and internal trackersConduct desk research on industries, competitors, campaign insights, and audience trendsSupport social media content planning and copywriting when neededAssist in preparing client presentations and weekly/monthly reportsWork closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of information and timely deliveryRequirementsCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or related fieldsStrong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and EnglishDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multi-taskComfortable with fast-paced environments and shifting prioritiesProactive, eager to learn, and willing to take ownership of tasksFamiliarity with social media platforms, digital trends, and basic PR principlesAbility to work well in a team, with a positive and collaborative attitudeWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience working with global and local brandsHow PR strategy, media relations, and digital communication work in real timeCrafting PR materials and managing stakeholdersUnderstanding how agencies operate across multiple marketsOpportunity to grow skills in writing, research, reporting, and campaign executionBenefitsMonthly internship allowanceHybrid working environmentExposure to high-caliber clients across industriesCertificate upon completionPotential extension or full-time opportunity depending on performance
