Headquartered in Taipei, Cooler Master operates manufacturing facilities in China and maintains regional offices across the globe.Role OverviewOwn PR for Middle East & Africa (MEA) as a key pillar of our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. You’ll lead regional PR initiatives for product launches and ongoing brand moments—translating technical engineering into compelling stories, managing press relationships, securing high-quality coverage, and coordinating with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure consistency and excellence in every execution.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional PR Ownership – Build and manage the MEA PR calendar, plan embargoes, align with global marketing timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of all PR materials.Media Relations – Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and regional tech media, reviewers, and lifestyle outlets; expand coverage across Arabic- and English-language publications.Media Briefings & Launch Events – Host online or in-person press briefings, prepare spokespeople, manage event logistics, and secure impactful post-event coverage.Product Launch Support – Collaborate with Product Marketing to localize press materials, fact sheets, and Q&A content; ensure regional accuracy and clarity.Sample Program Management – Allocate, track, and collect review samples; coordinate accessories and firmware updates; close the loop after reviews.Partnership PR – Coordinate joint PR moments with channel partners, retailers, or tech alliances; align assets and messaging.Monitoring & Reporting – Track and analyze coverage results, measure share of voice and review quality, and report outcomes to regional and global stakeholders.Compliance & Standards – Ensure embargo discipline, NDA adherence, and proper content usage rights across all communications.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 5–8+ years in technology or gaming PR within MEA markets, with proven experience executing launch campaigns and managing media relationships.Media & Domain Knowledge:Active network within MEA tech and gaming media.Familiarity with PC components (cases, cooling, PSUs).Execution Skills:Skilled at planning PR calendars, coordinating embargoes, and running end-to-end sample programs.Experience hosting briefings and managing media tours or launch events.Measurement & Reporting: Ability to measure impact using KPIs such as share of voice, coverage reach, and review quality.Language: Fluent in English; Arabic or French proficiency is a plus.Who You AreA self-starter with strong ownership and a collaborative mindset.Excellent storyteller who can simplify technical content for diverse audiences.Relationship-driven and culturally agile, able to connect with media and partners across different markets.Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple launches and tight timelines.
