Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming the way IT professionals manage and support their organizations. Their all-in-one IT management platform combines remote monitoring and management (RMM), helpdesk, reporting, and automation in a single, easy-to-use solution.We are seeking an accomplished Public Relations (PR) & Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to shape, protect, and elevate their brand reputation while strengthening relationships with top-tier industry analysts and firms. This senior-level role will act as the primary liaison with their PR agency, Gartner, Forrester, and other strategic partners, turning industry influence into tangible business impact. The ideal candidate is a seasoned communicator with a proven track record of driving thought leadership, securing high-impact media coverage, and maximizing analyst engagement.2 main areas of responsibility Public Relations (PR)Lead the development and execution of integrated PR strategies to elevate brand visibility and position the client as an industry leader.Partner with and manage the external PR agency to secure consistent, high-value media coverage in top-tier outlets.Proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and speaking engagements.Develop and maintain crisis communication protocols, act as a trusted advisor to leadership and ensure timely, accurate, and coordinated responses to media and stakeholders.Define success metrics for PR and AR programs, track and analyze media coverage, and deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership.Analyst Relations (AR)Build and maintain strategic relationships with key analysts at Gartner, Forrester, and other influential firms.Develop and execute AR strategies aligned with corporate objectives and go-to-market plans.Coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and strategy sessions to ensure accurate, positive, and timely coverage.Leverage analyst insights to inform product positioning, messaging, and competitive strategy.Manage deliverables for inclusion in relevant analyst reports, rankings, and evaluations.QualificationsBA in marketing, business, communications or related field. 6+ years of experience in Public Relations, Analyst Relations, or a combined communications role, preferably in the tech/SaaS sector.Previous experience working with Gartner - an advantage.Proven ability to craft and execute strategies that build strong, influential relationships with Tier 1 media outlets and top industry analyst firms.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.Strong strategic thinking, planning, and project management skills.Experience managing agencies, budgets, and comms with senior executive stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Benefits and compensationFor this position, we offer a total (OTE) annual salary of: $170,000. In addition they offer comprehensive Health and Vision benefits, 401K matching, and a generous PTO plan.Our client operates under a hybrid model of three office days per week in their beautiful One Penn office, enabling collaboration and connection while also accommodating remote work arrangements.
