About the RoleOur client is seeking a Senior Consultant to act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and to lead the planning and delivery of integrated communications campaigns. This position is ideal for an experienced communications professional who can drive strategy, guide junior team members, and support broader business development.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as lead contact for client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and consistent delivery.Oversee the development and execution of complex PR and communications campaigns.Lead client meetings, provide strategic counsel, and proactively troubleshoot issues.Develop compelling storytelling, messaging, and editorial direction across campaigns.Advise on crisis communication strategy and reputation management.Identify and cultivate new business opportunities.Mentor, guide, and delegate work to junior team members.Monitor industry and market trends, offering proactive strategic recommendations.Report to senior leadership and provide insights on account performance and delivery.Key SkillsExceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong leadership, delegation, and team development capabilities.Well-established media relationships and industry network.Excellent project management and organisational ability.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience and QualificationsMinimum of 4 years’ experience in PR, communications, or a related discipline.Demonstrated success in leading campaigns and contributing to account growth.Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and boards.Proficient in managing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.Bachelor’s degree preferred; sector-specific knowledge is an advantage.
