We are looking for a Creative/A&R intern to join our team.If you are passionate about music, songwriting, and discovering new talent, we'd love to hear from you!TASKSSongwriter & Producer ManagementSupport in organizing and coordinating songwriting sessions and campsMaintaining and updating writer sheets and cataloguesResearch on songwriters, producers, and artistsAssisting in the development of new writing camp conceptsAdministration & OrganizationScheduling appointments and planning sessionsSupport with contracts and GEMA-related processesTagging and managing metadata as well as uploading audio files for GEMAMaintaining music databases (e.g. DISCO)Market & Trend MonitoringAnalyzing current music trends, social media, and streaming platformsIdentifying potential co-writing opportunitiesCommunication & NetworkingSupporting communication with artists, management teams, and labelsAssisting with events (sessions, listening events, camps)Maintaining the publisher’s social media channelsREQUIREMENTSYou are an enrolled student and you are studying something music or creative business relatedPassion for music, pop culture, and current trendsInterest in music publishing and the A&R processStrong organizational skills, team spirit, and communication abilitiesGood written and spoken German and English language skillsBasic knowledge of office toolsWHAT TO EXPECTA creative and collaborative work environmentInsight into the music publishing and A&R processOpportunity to take responsibility early on, with support from the teamOpportunities to develop your own ideas, network, and skillsPRACTICAL DETAILSStart date: January - FebruaryDuration: 3–6 months20-40 hours per weekWe are primarily looking for someone who can join us on-site in Leipzig.
