Active CPA license (required)Recent experience in the SaaS industry (required)8+ years of hands-on progressive experience in accounting and reporting, preferably within a $25M - $75M acquisitive corporation.
3+ years tenure as an external auditor at a national audit firmHands-on experience with international accounting and reporting under IFRS and US GAAPBackground in private equity portfolio companiesExpertise in purchase accounting and general ledger integrationProficiency with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite (highly preferred)Proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teamsIf you're a strategic leader ready to drive financial excellence in a dynamic software environment, we’d love to connect.
