Job DescriptionJoin the Food & Beverage team at Pullman Melbourne on the Park as a casual Food & Beverage Attendant and bring your passion for exceptional service to life. Working across Cliveden Bar & Dining and banqueting operations, you’ll enjoy a dynamic role where no two days are the same – from intimate dining to large-scale events. We’re seeking someone ready to commit and grow with us, bringing enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a genuine guest-first mindset.

What You’ll Be Doing (but Not Limited To)Delivering warm, attentive service in both restaurant and event settings. Setting up, operating, and packing down dining and function spaces. Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them efficiently with care. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout service. Recommending menu items and confidently upselling when appropriate. Creating positive guest experiences with your welcoming, can-do attitude.

QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who are passionate about growth and development, and who are committed to making a meaningful impact with our guests & team. If you're driven to elevate the guest experience and contribute to the success of a premier 5-star hotel, we want to hear from you. A friendly and customer-focused demeanour. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role. Positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification. Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
