Marketing Manager – Food Sector (FMCG)

Location: Hybrid - BucharestMain Purpose of the Job: Drive the marketing strategy and execution across all channels (online and offline), supporting business growth and brand awareness in line with company objectives. Job Profile:

Develop and implement the integrated marketing strategy aligned with the company’s commercial and strategic goals. Define clear action plans and oversee their implementation and performance. Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL) in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Lead digital marketing activities including social media communication, website content management, SEO, paid traffic campaigns, and online awareness and conversion initiatives. Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and adapt marketing approaches accordingly. Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximum impact.

Coordinate in-store promotions, brand activations, and events (including festivals), together with the sales team. Contribute to packaging development: graphic concepts for new products, updates to the existing portfolio, and compliance with current legal regulations. Candidate Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. 8–10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proven track record in building and managing impactful brands. Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, and SEO. Strong analytical and planning skills with hands-on execution capabilities. Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Adaptable to fast-paced and dynamic environments.
