Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will ensure accurate financial records and smooth supplier relationships in this specialist area.Key Responsibilities:Process and accurately match supplier invoices related to property rents with purchase orders and rental agreementsExperienced in manually organising invoices and paymentsResolve invoice discrepancies in price or quantity by liaising with property managers and finance teamsManage supplier queries promptly via email and telephone, maintaining excellent supplier relationshipsScan, file, and organise invoices for approval, ensuring timely authorisation by relevant staffMaintain and update supplier account information specific to rental suppliersPerform monthly reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure accuracySupport the handling of staff expense claims across the Group as requiredWork collaboratively with internal teams including property management, finance, and procurement to resolve issuesMaintain accurate and timely records while adhering to deadlinesSupport ad hoc duties as required within the Rents and Finance teamsQualificationsQualifications & Skills:Previous experience working within a Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable teamProficient in Microsoft Outlook and ExcelStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholdersSelf-motivated with excellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environmentFlexible approach to tasks and willingness to support additional duties as neededConfident handling queries and resolving performance-related issuesCommitment to high standards of customer service and operational excellenceAdditional InformationAlong with your benefits package we also offer a wide range of perks for our colleagues:Reward, Recognition and OpportunitiesFrasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our business and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
