We pride ourselves on culinary excellence, operational efficiency, and a commitment to using only the finest ingredients.💼 The Role: Purchasing SpecialistAs our Purchasing Specialist, you will be the key link between our culinary vision and our inventory. Your expertise in the Food & Beverage (F&B) supply chain will be critical to maintaining our high standards of quality, cost-efficiency, and on-time delivery.Key Duties & Responsibilities§ Strategy and planning: Develop and implement purchasing strategies for food and beverage categories, aligning with business objectives and managing the procurement budget.§ Supplier management: Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with both local and international suppliers. This includes conducting on-site visits, auditing programs, and ensuring their compliance with quality and food safety standards.§ Negotiation and contracts: Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with suppliers to achieve the best value, control costs, and ensure a consistent supply.§ Procurement execution: Process purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries to ensure timely arrival and meet operational schedules.§ Quality and compliance: Ensure all procured items meet company standards, quality requirements, and food safety regulations. Monitor supplier performance and compliance.§ Inventory and cost control: Monitor inventory levels and work to reduce costs and eliminate dead stock What We're Looking For:Essential: Proven experience (2 years) as a Purchasing Specialist, Buyer, or similar role specifically within the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or Catering industry.In-Depth F&B Knowledge: A strong understanding of food quality, shelf life, storage requirements, and relevant industry regulations.Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in using purchasing software/ERP systems.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Working Conditions§ Weekly day off: One day per week§ Overtime in case of exceeding 192 hours § Medical & Social Insurance § Employment Type: Full-time - contract renewable every 1 year
