Vacancy Title: Purchase to Pay Team LeadVacancy Location: Dunmurry, Grange House, Belfast, Northern Ireland Engagement Type: Full-Time, Hybrid The RoleHere at Survitec, we are currently recruiting for a Purchase to Pay Team to join our Finance Shared Service team based in Dunmurry, Grange House, Belfast with a hybrid working pattern of 3 office days per week.This role reports to the Head of Purchase to Pay and you will be responsible for managing a team of accounts payable administrators. Offering daily support as well as line manager duties including HR policy management and coaching. As part of the P2P team you will be overseeing the processing of supplier payments, bank reconciliations, query resolution, statement reconciliations and ensuring KPIs are achieved, and SLAs are adhered to.As part of our continuous improvement, the role will also play an important part in identifying and driving transformation within the Shared Services Team, in order to streamline and maximise resources.Key responsibilities for the Purchase to Pay Team Lead role include but are not limited to: Lead and manage the P2P team to meet SLAs and KPIs Monitor team performance and conduct weekly 1:1s Act as first point of escalation for payment issues and supplier queries Oversee weekly payment runs and cash book postings Collaborate on bank reconciliations and support audits Work cross-functionally to drive process standardisation and efficiency Support P2P Head with projects and continuous improvement initiatives Prepare and present bi-weekly performance reports to senior management Uphold HR policies and foster an inclusive, values-driven team culture Promote and maintain a safe working environmentYou will have the opportunity to develop in your role and feel proud of the work you do. Working at Survitec is fast paced but incredibly rewarding.This is not just another job; this is your career.About YouEssential criteria: Extensive Accounts Payable experience, preferably with one year's experience leading a high-performing team of more than 4 people Minimum of 5 GSCEs (Maths and English grade C or above).
