We are currently looking for a Purchasing Associate Manager to strengthen our operational excellence and supplier ecosystem.Job Descriptions:Assist in developing and executing procurement strategies aligned with overall business objectivesOversee and guide purchasing team activities, including purchase order creation, order tracking, and vendor coordinationPrepare and present reports on purchasing performance, KPIs, and cost-saving initiatives to senior managementSource, maintain, and develop strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent quality and reliabilitySkills and Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsExcellent negotiation and communication abilitiesProven knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or OdooAble to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and proactive mindset
