ResponsibilitiesIn support of the IT Organization and the centralization of IT procurement efforts across Curtiss-Wright, this position will handle the following responsibilities:Generate and support purchase requisitions in response to approved Appropriation Requisitions, SOW’s, and final quotes ensuring the necessary authorization in accordance with spending approvals.Review, process, and manage purchase requisitions.Responsible for general ledger coding in accordance with accounting and transfer pricing policies.Initiate new vendor setup.Review and support non-PO purchases, ensuring correct GL coding and profit center coding.Manage open purchase orders and the receipt process.Record month-end accruals based on Zycus activity and reporting.Resolve quantity and price differences to ensure a timely processing of invoices.Manage and support invoice processing, including resolution of outstanding invoices.Update and Maintain Business Rules in CWPay.Review Invoices without Sales Taxes and assess if invoice needs to be submitted for tax assessment filing.Manage and track actual spend against Appropriation Requisitions.Monthly reconciliation ofGenerate and manage the submission forms in support of PP&E activities.Support Lease Accounting; activities include the processing of all lease related invoices, review of new leases, management of copier inventory under each lease, monthly reconciliation of all lease expense activity. Skills Required4-6 years of experience in purchasingExperience with procurement software suites, Zycus in particular, is a plusStrong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.Organized, hands-on, and detailed individualAbility to troubleshoot complex procurement issuesStrong team playerStrong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.DisclaimerThis job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of an incumbent.
