We are looking for a Purchasing Coordinator to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will support procurement and logistics operations, ensuring accurate ERP data, efficient sourcing, and on-time delivery of critical components. You will collaborate closely with engineering, accounting, and project teams to drive cost-effective and timely purchasing solutions while maintaining exceptional accuracy and supplier relationships.
What You'll DoManage purchasing activities in M1 and WARP ERP systems, including commercial components, indirect supplies, and raw materialsSource parts, create RFQs and POs, negotiate pricing, and expedite orders to meet project timelinesSupport engineering teams with BOM updates, package releases, and HS code requirementsResolve goods receipt discrepancies in collaboration with the logistics teamMaintain accurate vendor records, onboard new suppliers, and update required documentation in WARPProcess freight invoices and coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice or order discrepanciesSupport continuous improvement initiatives for procurement efficiency and supplier performanceWhat You'll Bring2–3 years of purchasing, supply chain, or office administration experience preferredDegree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experienceProficiency with ERP systems (preferably M1 and WARP) and strong Microsoft Office skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentSelf-motivated, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results
