The Purchasing Department assistant will report to the Head of Purchasing and will support the entire purchasing team.As The Purchasing Department Assistant You WillBe in charge of the purchasing data management in SAP and of validating the workflow system Follow up and update suppliers information to contribute to the Due Diligence Liaise with suppliers to collect and update mandatory documents to respect Compliance guidelines Assist the purchasing team in daily operational tasks from sourcing to supplier creation in SAP, RFQ and price offer analysis Extract and analyse purchasing data (invoice variances, KPIs etc.) and assist in preparing dashboards on purchasing activity Oversee the purchasing administrative tasks and processes and contribute to purchasing administrative process optimization Ensure effective collaboration with the Purchasing Team and the other departments of the Maison The Exceptional Skills We Are Looking ForYou have strong organizational and administrative skills You are rigorous and detail oriented You have analytical & synthetization skills You have good communication skills You have SAP skills and/or are used to work with ERP You are proficient in English and French Still wondering why you should apply?
