Job Description

Responsibilities:Procurement Execution & Supplier Management: Responsible for the sourcing, quotation requests, price negotiation, and purchase order placement for MRO materials (including but not limited to: equipment spare parts, tooling & fixtures, hardware & tools, electrical components, lubricants, lab consumables, Personal Protective Equipment, etc.). Conduct regular performance evaluations of existing suppliers, implement tiered management, and drive continuous improvement or phase out non-performing suppliers.Quality Assurance: Conduct quality system audits for new potential suppliers to ensure they meet company quality standards. Address quality issues with incoming MRO materials, lead communication with suppliers, coordinate returns, replacements, or claims, and drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.Cost Control: Continuously reduce total procurement costs through methods such as competitive bidding, negotiation, value analysis, and localization/substitution. Control the procurement budget to avoid over-expenditure, and actively manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory to improve capital utilization.Delivery Management: Develop and execute procurement plans based on production maintenance schedules and inventory levels to ensure timely material supply and prevent production downtime caused by material shortages.Service & Process Optimization: Maintain close communication with maintenance, production, quality, and other departments to quickly respond to their MRO material needs; manage and optimize the MRO procurement process and related documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal control requirements.Qualifications:Education & Major: Associate degree or higher, preferably in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.Experience & Skills: Minimum 3 years of MRO procurement experience in a manufacturing environment; background in automotive components or exterior parts industry is preferred. Familiar with procurement processes, supplier management methods, and negotiation techniques. Strong internal and external communication and coordination skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively.Technical knowledge: have basic ability to read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings; knowledge of technical parameters for common equipment spare parts and industrial supplies.Language Skills: Working proficiency in Chinese, English or French.
