Purchasing Executive

We are seeking a Purchasing Executive to manage sourcing, procurement, and inventory planning for our Beauty and Confectionery categories in a duty-free retail environment. This role ensures product availability, optimizes costs, and drives profitability while maintaining efficient working capital.Key Responsibilities:-Lead sourcing and negotiation with local and international suppliers to secure competitive pricing and quality.-Conduct market analysis to support cost reduction and strategic procurement decisions.-Manage inventory replenishment, forecast demand, and oversee inbound logistics to ensure stock accuracy and compliance.-Build strong supplier relationships and monitor performance to support business growth.-Prepare reports on cost-benefit analysis, supplier metrics, and category performance for management.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.-Minimum 3 years’ experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in duty-free, retail, or FMCG sectors.-Knowledge of import/export procedures, logistics, and customs documentation.-Strong negotiation, financial, and analytical skills.
