Purchasing Manager – Food & Beverage IndustryWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Purchasing Manager to oversee all procurement activities within our growing F&B group. The ideal candidate has a strong background in end-to-end purchasing operations, particularly in supporting new outlet openings and managing multiple stakeholders efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the full purchasing process from sourcing, price negotiation, vendor evaluation, to delivery coordination.Handle purchasing requirements for new outlet setups, ensuring timely and cost-efficient execution.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure the best value and quality.Monitor purchasing budgets, prioritize spending based on operational urgency, and ensure cost control.Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Project teams to align purchasing strategies with business needs.Lead and develop a high-performing purchasing team with clear direction and accountability.Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience in the Food & Beverage or Hospitality industry.Proven track record in handling end-to-end purchasing.Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.Fluent in English, both written and spoken.If you’re a proactive and results-oriented professional with strong commercial acumen, we’d love to hear from you.
