Role DescriptionWe’re seeking an ambitious and experienced, hands-on Purchasing Manager who will take full ownership of procurement and purchasing processes, and design and roll-out a scalable Purchase Order (PO) system that supports our high-quality build standards, timely delivery and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and manage a company-wide Purchase Order (PO) system to standardise and streamline all procurement processes.Take ownership of all purchasing activities across projects and departments.Establish purchasing policies, procedures, and approval workflows.Collaborate with project managers, finance, and operations teams to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.QualificationsExperience in procurement, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiationKnowledge of construction materials and industry standardsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with other departments and manage a teamProficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office SuitePrevious experience in the construction industry is an advantage
