Vacancy: Purchasing Manager, BALILocation: Uluwatu, BaliRestaurant: AVLI – Premium Greek CuisineF&B experience in Bali required!We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Purchasing Manager to join our team at AVLI — a new premium Greek restaurant in Uluwatu. You will play a key role in sourcing high-quality ingredients and supplies while ensuring cost-efficiency and timely deliveries.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Search for, select, and maintain a base of trusted suppliersNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedulesPlace and follow up on purchase orders in coordination with the chef and operations teamMonitor market prices and availability of products (especially fresh and imported items)Coordinate with the storekeeper and receiving team to verify deliveriesMaintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performanceAssist with monthly stocktakes and inventory control🔹 Requirements:Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience in the hospitality or F&B industryStrong negotiation and organizational skillsFamiliar with food categories, perishability, and supply timelinesUnderstanding of procurement documentation, cost control, and taxesBasic computer skills (Excel, procurement software)Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in EnglishReliable, proactive, and detail-oriented🔹 What We Offer:GROSS monthly salary: IDR 6,500,000Service charge bonusFood and transport allowanceBPJS insurance (health & employment)13th salary (THR)Work schedule: 5 days a week (5:2)Professional, supportive work environment📩 Be part of a premium culinary concept in the heart of Uluwatu.
