Sourcing ManagerRemote (U. S. - EST Work Hours)Pay: $54. 20/hrDuration: 3 MonthsRole Summary: The Sourcing Manager will oversee all phases of the sourcing process. This role requires expertise in cost savings identification, supplier compliance, contract negotiation, and strategic sourcing using Coupa. The manager will collaborate with business stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals, while maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring availability of goods and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. Monitor market trends to continuously improve sourcing approach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, pricing, renewals, and performance. Drive cost-saving initiatives through sourcing and process optimization. Lead sourcing activities for assigned categories, with full autonomy. Ensure compliance with internal sourcing policies and procedures. Collaborate with Legal and business owners to draft contracts and agreements. Conduct RFPs, RFQs, supplier research, benchmarking, and analysis. Support supplier consolidation and utilization goals across functions. Maintain clear communication cadence with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Travel up to 25% may be required. Perform additional duties or special projects as needed. Required Qualifications: Bachelorâs degree. 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sourcing or procurement.
Strong leadership, execution skills, and track record of business impact. Experience in the Financial Services industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication at all organizational levels. High energy with adaptability in fast-paced environments. Effective multitasker with strong time management. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
