If you have an eye for quality, a knack for negotiation, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.What You’ll DoHandle all purchasing and procurement needs for new and existing holiday homes.Source and purchase furniture, décor, appliances, linens, and amenities in line with Livbnb’s brand standards.Replace damaged or missing items promptly to maintain guest satisfaction.Build and manage a vendor network—negotiating prices, timelines, and ensuring reliability.Maintain an organised inventory and procurement tracker.Coordinate closely with the operations and maintenance teams for delivery and installation.Monitor budgets, prepare purchase orders, and support the finance team with invoice reconciliation.Who You AreBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (hospitality or property management background preferred).Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills.Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time management.Tech-savvy – comfortable with Excel, ERP, or procurement systems.Valid UAE driving licence is a plus.Why Join LivbnbBe part of one of Dubai’s fastest-growing holiday home brands.Work in a collaborative, creative, and data-driven team.Competitive salary + growth opportunities in a thriving industry.
