Purchasing Manager (MRO Commodity Manager)

We’re looking for an MRO Commodity Manager to manage the sourcing and supplier relationships for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) materials and services. If you have strong negotiation skills, enjoy optimizing supplier performance, and want to help ensure smooth business operations, this role is for you. The position offers a basic salary of PHP 95,000 plus benefits and allowances, with health insurance starting on Day 1, a full onsite work setup, and a day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Our office is located in Technopark, Biñan, Laguna.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management (MRO or indirect materials preferred)Strong negotiation and vendor management skillsExperience using procurement systems such as SAP or OracleExcellent communication, analytical, and organizational skillsKey Responsibilities:Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for MRO goods and servicesManage supplier relationships and resolve performance or contract issuesDevelop sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and reliable supplyCollaborate with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Finance, and Operations
