该职位来源于猎聘 Job title:Purchasing specialist Job Type: Full-time Language Requirement: Proficiency in both English and Chinese (either language can be used as the working language) Job Responsibilities:Purchasing Management: Execute purchasing of raw materials, equipment, and other supplies based on factory production needs, ensuring a stable supply chain.Supplier Coordination: Maintain and develop relationships with local and overseas suppliers, negotiate pricing, and optimize purchasing costs.Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with the purchasing team in China to follow up on purchasing needs, order execution, and delivery schedules, ensuring smooth communication.Logistics Coordination: Track international shipments and customs clearance for orders from China to ensure on-time delivery.Cost Control: Analyze purchasing costs, propose optimization strategies, and improve efficiency while mitigating risks.Data Management: Maintain purchasing records, generate reports, and ensure data accuracy and traceability. Job Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.Skills: Familiarity with purchasing processes and cost control, strong negotiation and communication skills.Language: Proficiency in both English and Chinese; either language can be used as the working language.Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel or similar office software.Collaboration: Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and adapt to time zone differences.
