Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist (Invesment) to join our Purchasing Directorate at Çimsa Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A. Ş. As a member of the Purchasing Directorate team at Çimsa, you will take part in:

Manage end-to-end procurement processes (RFQ, tendering, contracting, ordering, and delivery) for all investment and fixed asset needs across Çimsa plants, terminals, and facilities,Conduct supplier research for requested materials/services to ensure procurement at the best price and conditions,Execute and monitor assigned procurement requests in SAP, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of tenders and purchase orders,Collect competitive quotations and prepare commercial contracts in line with company interests Manage contract drafting and guarantee processes in coordination with the company’s legal department when required,Handle supplier complaints and performance evaluation processes effectively,Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with company procedures and ethical standards,Gather and input required information to onboard new suppliers into the system,Review requests with missing specifications and return them when necessary; obtain technical approvals during evaluation,Prepare timely reports for the material groups under responsibility,Managing the contractual process for all services and equipment in line with company policies, including document preparation, signature tracking, and archiving,Collaborate with related departments during the budgeting phase to develop optimal sourcing strategies.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field,Minimum 2 years experience,Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications,Good written and verbal communication skills in English,Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
