The Purchasing Supervisor supports the Purchasing Manager in the planning and procurement of material, including vendor development and administration of contracted services in accordance with the hotel policy and procedures.QualificationsThai national with a university degree in Hospitality/Tourism or other relevant degree Minimum 1-2 years work experience in Materials or Purchasing in hotel or hotel operationsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer literacy A good working knowledge of English Language Strong organizational skills and attention to detailKnowledge of food safety and product storage standards is a plus.
