You will be part of shaping the future of purchasing at NCC - leading prioritized development projects & initiatives, implementing new ways of working, and strengthening the capabilities that enable our business to perform at its best.The Role And Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Purchasing Transformation Manager, you will work cross-functionally across business areas and functions to lead the development of purchasing capabilities and ways of working.Your Main Responsibilities IncludeLead and execute prioritized development projects & initiatives within PurchasingDrive capability development and cross-functional collaborationGather and align business requirements to secure business relevance and impactBuild business cases to demonstrate expected value and benefitsSupport implementation, change management, and adoption across the organizationContribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovationIn your assignments, you may take on roles such as Project Lead, Capability Lead, or Business Change Manager, depending on the nature of the initiative.About Purchasing At NCCNCC Purchasing is a network of professionals across the Nordics. We handle everything from project purchasing and supplier base development to strategic sourcing and category management. Collaboration between our teams is key to delivering successful customer projects. In this role you will report to our Head of Purchasing Development & Digitalization.Your profile We are looking for a strong project leader with experience in purchasing and transformation.
