Provide service to inpatient and outpatient. Consultation on the nutritional modification or recommendation required for the treatment of the disease or condition either orally or via tube feeding (enteral nutrition) or intravenous (parenteral nutrition). Conduct nutritional care process which comprises of nutritional assessment, nutritional diagnosis, nutritional implementation and nutritional monitoring and evaluation. Planning and management of meal production ( normal or therapeutic meals ) and delivery system to ensure quality and safety of food provided to the patient.
