PV/ESS Solution Manager/Engineer

Onsite job in Warsaw.Job Responsibilities:Provide technical support for regional photovoltaic and energy storage projects, including early-stage technical communication, solution guidance, and technical agreement signing.Collect customer requirements and analyze customer pain points to develop solutions.Conduct market research and analysis on photovoltaic inverters and PCS products, and propose product iteration plans.Conduct competitor research in the region, monitor the latest products/solutions from competitors in real-time, perform competitive analysis, and formulate response strategies.Support regional renewable energy exhibitions or industry forums.Job RequiremeProficiency in spoken and presentation skills in Polish.Master's degree or higher in Electrical or Power Electronics, with experience in the renewable energy industry.Familiarity with the working principles of photovoltaic inverters, PCS, and energy storage systems.Understanding of the local grid situation in Poland and knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies in the renewable energy sector.
