About the Role: This position is focused on driving sales growth and content enhancement by strategic account operation, execution of structured promotion, and marketing related cascading activities to secure success of the digital sales channel. Responsibilities: Engage eCom growth strategy of Calvin Klein plus plan. Build strong relationship with internal/external partners and stakeholders. Closely connected with GTM team to maintain and improve the level of content leverage sales/promotion execution.

Develop potential digital opportunity in terms of volume potential channel and services. Drive impactful digital marketing and sales operation to secure sustainable growth to win. Manage local shooting and diverse visual assets in order to thrive qualitative enhancement based on customer POV. Be resourceful to organize internal stakeholders & external vendors. e-Commerce sales target achievement for strategic channels. Focus on meeting sales budget of growth drive channel. Monitor periodic sales data, analyze business figures, and seek opportunities for performance improvement. Make sure to allocate right inventory both in right quantity and quality products to ensure business success.

Provide guidance on diverse sales & marketing promotional activities through the network environment. Achieve top/bottom line target as planned in annual budget: Forecast target revenue, unit, gross margin and monitor key KPIs including conversion, transaction, AUR and other operating cost targets thru coordination with Planning & Finance division. Monitor and report overall digital market trend, etc. Analyze and report digital sales data to appropriate stakeholders. Timely report any issues of channel management or performance. Co-work with related internal partners to increase effectiveness of digital operation.

Operate with maintaining brand value and presentation quality in terms of customer experience and impression while communicating with external partners. Closely work with e-retailers to monitor market trend, manage inventory, and marketing activities for promotions & CRM. Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years of work experience in fashion digital retail business. Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Required Skills: e-Commerce operation knowledge. Understanding of front/back end digital operation chain. Platform seller back office operation experience. Result-driven. Ability to understand and analyze sales figures. Excellent communication and relationship management. Language fluency in English preferred.
