POSITION SUMMARY: Perform buying and merchandising for categories in chargeBuying & MerchandisingBuild merchandising plan for product categories in charge based on market insight and sales history to maximize business opportunityProvides market intelligence and product requirement/feedback to the regional merchandising team based on local market needsDetermine the style selection and order forecast based on OTB and sales historySales & Market analysis Regular basis sales analysis report (weekly, seasonal) for internal and regional review. Analyze sales performance through sales data and review shop’s feedback report to catch up best & worst sellers by season.
Analyze market trend with trend research as well as monitoring other competitive brands. In-season management Conduct product launch in alignment of key buying initiatives PLC management, pricing control, promotional planning and product flow, markdown management. Provide proactive and timely actions to achieve KPI of product categories in charge Product training and other substantial support for Merchandising teamTraining of key product strategy, information and key selling points to store staffsManaging samples for buyingSubstantial support for Merchandising teamQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Experience: 3-5 years in same field experience is preferredEducation: Bachelor’s DegreeSkills:
