Job Description

PwC Bulgaria’s Management Consulting team is looking for a Consultant to join our experienced team. Who you will be working with: We specialise in Strategy and Operations consulting, working on complex and highly impactful projects for private and public sector clients in Bulgaria and Southeast Europe. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability, our team of consultants and experts develops strategies, designs processes and provides advisory and recommendations that add value for our clients. What you will be doing:

Work in a team on different client engagements and projects, focusing on identifying issues, analysing root-causes and developing potential solutions for clients. Structure and analyse complex issues and develop hypotheses to solve them. Gather and analyse data and synthetize complex information into clear and actionable findings (e. g. you’ll conduct market research, deep dive into a company performance, analyse competitors, etc. ). Write concise, articulated and evidence-based analyses and prepare engaging and appealing client presentations, outlining key project findings, results and conclusions. Communicate effectively with client representatives and project teams during client interviews and workshops.

Participate in business development initiatives and proposal preparation. Take ownership of assigned tasks and have motivation to drive work to conclusion within deadlines. What we expect from you: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a similar field. Preferably 1-2 years of professional experience (not a must). Proven analytical and writing skills in Bulgarian and English language, as well as ability to express oneself in a structured way. Second foreign language is a plus. Ability to adapt to an intense and dynamic work environment and work in challenging circumstances.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and proactively drive independent tasks. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint (knowledge on AI, project management and data analytics tools is considered as a plus).
