They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. In deal valuation at PwC, you will focus on providing analysis and valuation services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. You will help clients make informed decisions by assessing the worth and potential risks of various deals. Driven by curiosity, you are a reliable, contributing member of a team.

You will be responsible for analyzing market as well as client’s information to help the PwC professional team to make decision. At the end of the day you will become an expert of financial markets and e-platforms such as BloombergYou will acquire knowledge in market analysis and research on different industriesYou will use your technical skills in excel and power point on a daily basis by supporting projects and by interaction with our professional team.

You will have an opportunity to participate in meetings with clientsYou will improve your communication and presentation skills through preparation of the delivering materials to the clientsDesired Knowledge, Skills And ExperienceThe ideal candidates have:

An undergraduate/graduate degree from top university with major in finance, accounting, economics, math and statistics with average grade (GPA)Strong command of spoken and written Russian and English (ability to express your thoughts clearly in Kazakh language is an asset)Proficient PC knowledge, Word, Excel, Power PointStrong analytic and good problem structuring skillsWillingness to undertake new and challenging tasksStrong communication and team working skillsAny relevant experience/background is good but not required
