Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to join our Deals Advisory team based in Bratislava. Join us and collaborate with a team of dedicated consultants on delivering interesting projects. Who are We?Our Deals team has a strong track record of successful deals for top clients in the region. We combine our financial expertise with data-driven insights to create value for our clients across all stages of the deal lifecycle. We offer expert advice on buyer/vendor due diligence, vendor assistance and valuations. As a Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

Conduct financial due diligence, including analyzing financial statements, assessing financial risks, and identifying key deal drivers. Perform diverse tasks related to valuation and modeling advisory services for a range of industries and scenarios. Process and analyze a variety of financial data of the target businesses and extract important insights. Work closely with the Deals team, as well as management team and clients to deliver strategic insights and recommendations. Prepare clear and well-documented reports and presentations for clients, summarizing findings and providing actionable recommendations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and tax advisory, to ensure seamless transaction execution.

What are we looking for in You?1,5 + years of experience in financial due diligence, valuations, accounting or financial analysis. A degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. Strong financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel, valuation methodologies. Knowledge of financial statement analysis under Slovak GAAP. Team-oriented mindsetStrong analytical thinking, problem solving skills, intellectual curiosity, being flexible and organised.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively, Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
