Immediate need for a talented Data Analyst. This is a 12+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Richmond VA (Hybrid). Execute data governance processes and controls using various tools including, SQL, Python, Data Bricks, Enterprise Dashboards, etcReview control evidence for completeness and accuracyGenerate documentation of existing processesProactively manage change control and communicate the impact to stakeholders. Create and deliver job aidsApply leadership skills, including communication and change management, to help drive successful implementation and adoption of processes and standardsWork with cross-functional teams such as data, tech, risk, compliance, legal, and training to create effective solutions and manage issue remediationKey Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills; Data Analyst – SQL, Python, Process Management, Data Management, N2h- Databricks, Controls/AuditExperience with process management and process improvementsExperience with SQL, Python is a +Candidate should have experience with process, data, and risk management. Should be able to work independently, have solid communication skills, and be familiar with data concepts and have a baseline knowledge of SQL or other querying language.
