IT Support Engineer

This role focuses on supporting and enhancing solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, with a strong emphasis on AI integration and identity management using Entra ID or Azure Active Directory). As a Support Engineer, you will play a key role in resolving technical issues, improving system functionality, and delivering a high-quality experience to users.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support and issue resolution for solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Integrate AI capabilities into Power Platform solutions and assist with troubleshooting related to AI-powered applications. Manage identity and access services using Entra ID (Azure AD). Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements. Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools. Hands-on knowledge of AI integration with business applications. Solid understanding and practical experience with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
