Position Overview We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build and enhance our AI-powered recruitment platform. You will work with our Python (FastAPI) backend and Next.js frontend to develop new features, optimize performance, and ensure code quality across the entire stack.Responsibilities • Design, implement, and maintain features for AI-powered recruitment platform• Develop robust backend services using FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL• Create responsive and intuitive user interfaces with Next.js, TypeScript• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code• Participate in code reviews and help maintain high coding standards• Contribute to technical architecture decisions• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality featuresRequired Qualifications • 3+ years of professional software development experience• 1+ years of experience with Python backend development (FastAPI preferred)• 1+ years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (Next.js or React preferred)• Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and ORM frameworks• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailPreferred Qualifications • Experience with responsive web design and modern CSS frameworks• Experience with AI/ML integrations, especially OpenAI APIs• Understanding of WebRTC or experience with audio/video recording in web applications• Experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker)3.
