Python Developer – Day-Rate ContractLocation: Dublin (Hybrid) Type: ContractRealtime Recruitment is seeking an experienced Python Developer for a Dublin-based client. This role requires strong technical expertise, collaboration, and the ability to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain scalable Python applicationsBuild and enhance APIs using Flask and other Python frameworksIntegrate third-party services and manage API performanceLead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developersWork closely with cross-functional teams on architectural decisionsRequirements5+ years’ experience as a Python DeveloperStrong knowledge of Python frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.)Experience with CI/CD pipelinesOpenShift experience is a strong advantageFamiliarity with Agile methodologiesExperience with NoSQL databases (Graph DB preferred)Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflowsTest-driven development backgroundUnderstanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure)Open-source contributions are a bonusIf you are interested please send your CV to katie.cowzer@realtime.jobs
