You’ll work on scaling Water-supply business and Operational Support Systems, building robust integrations, and helping to define the future of water service provider customer management. We expect candidates to be located in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Wroclaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Bialystok. QualificationsMust have:Strong Python engineering skills, ideally with production Django, 5+ yrs experience on complex, large-scale applications (not just small web apps)Good understanding of integration patterns, API development (REST / GraphQL), and third-party system interoperabilitySolid experience in building automated tests: unit, integration, and E2E testsPassion for clean code, peer reviews, and high code quality standardsFamiliarity with scaling large systems — vertical scaling, single-tenant deploymentsSelf-driven, comfortable with autonomy and open team cultures (trust > process)Experience working with or around AWS services (e.g., RDS, S3, Kubernetes, SQS, RabbitMQ)Good English communication skills, at least B2 levelReadiness to work with Windows (WSL)Nice to have:Experience with telecom data integrations and working on migration projectsTelecommunications domain experience – understanding of BSS (Billing, CRM) and OSS (Provisioning, Service Activation)Frontend experience (React)
