Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for an IT Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Vienna, Austria. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. Your tasks:

Document results of current state and gap analysis;Develop and maintain business analysis activity plans;Prepare requirements packages and create and update the requirements traceability matrix;Record and organize elicitation results from stakeholders;Develop and evaluate design options;Create business process specifications, produce screen mock-ups and maintain and update the product backlog;Analysis of business model and risk.

RequirementsUniversity degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 7 years of relevant working experience as leading IT business analyst in complex software development projects;Strong experience with Azure DevOps (TFS), Jira, Confluence and other requirements management tools;Strong experience with user interface prototyping techniques;In-depth experience of developing business process and leading requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders working closely with Product Owners;Experience in agile software development teams;Knowledge of data analytics, statistical methods, database querying would be considered an asset;Change management experience supporting user adoption would be considered an asset;Certification in business analysis (e. g.

CCBA, CBAP) would be considered an asset;Excellent command of the English language.
