Job Title: Quality AnalystLocation: RemoteDuration: 4 monthsResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans for ERP financial systemsCreate, manage, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) suites aligned to business requirementsTranslate detailed business and functional requirements into testable workflows and test scriptsPerform testing activities within Oracle PeopleSoft, including functional, regression, and integration testingConduct test automation within ERP environments, ideally leveraging Tricentis ToscaDesign automated tests and test packs within ServiceNowDocument defects, test results, and technical findings with high-quality technical writingCollaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, including business analysts, developers, and Florida PALM agency stakeholdersSupport agency readiness tasks for the upcoming project wave, including validation of financial processes, data workflows, and integrationsEnsure compliance with oversight standards from IV&V, FL DS, and the Executive Steering CommitteeProvide exceptional communication across teams, including verbal, written, and stakeholder-facing interactionsRequired Qualifications3-5+ years QA testing experienceHands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally Oracle PeopleSoftExperience working within ServiceNow (testing and/or workflow utilization)Experience creating test documentation:Test plansUAT test suitesRequirements translationExperience with test automation inside ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred)Experience with test automation within ServiceNowProficiency with Tricentis ToscaStrong technical writing skillsExceptional communication skillsPreferred QualificationsISTQB certification(s)Experience supporting large-scale public-sector modernization initiativesFamiliarity with financial systems or financial business processesOur CommitmentWe would love to have you join our team!
