Headquartered in Jakarta, the company aspires to be Indonesia’s #1 true digital service provider and largest talent platform.Role DescriptionPlan, design, and execute test cases based on project requirements.Perform functional, performance, API, and database testing.Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.Participate in regression testing and support automation testing initiatives.Provide clear test reports and ensure compliance with QA standards and processes.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, or related field.Minimum 2 years of experience as a Tester or QA Engineer, preferably in the banking industry.Solid understanding of SDLC, both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Skilled in using Test Management, Performance Testing, and Automation Testing tools.Good knowledge of API Testing, Database Testing, and experience working with AS400 systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Experience in risk-based testing and mentoring junior testers is a plus.Holding QA-related certification(s) is an advantage.
