Job Title: QA Automation EngineerDuration: Long TermLocation: RemoteJob Description:We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer with strong technical, communication, and coordination skills to manage testing across multiple systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in mobile automation, performance testing, test management tools, and data-driven testing.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage QA tasks and testing activities.Set up and execute mobile automation tests.Use test management tools and Jira dashboards to track and report QA progress.Perform performance and load testing, identifying bottlenecks and blockers.Generate synthetic and dynamic test data for automation.Create and manage mock endpoints and simulators for integration testing.Validate backend data using PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch.Use Excel for reports and data visualization.Work with developers to improve automation and testing coverage.Skills & QualificationsExperience in QA automation and mobile testing.Knowledge of performance/load testing tools.Strong skills in Jira, Excel, and test management tools.Experience with PostgreSQL, Elastic, and data-driven testing.Good understanding of mocking, emulators, and simulators.Strong communication, coordination, and planning skills.Programming skills in Java or Python (preferred).Knowledge of AI/GenAI use in QA (a plus).
